Addison Group is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive experiences across web and mobile. You will collaborate with product, development and business teams to transform ideas into engaging interfaces that emphasize usability and accessibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. This on-site role offers opportunities to shape design systems and contribute to product strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products, web apps, or mobile solutions.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design projects and problem solving.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of interaction design, IA, and visual design principles.
Experience designing responsive experiences across devices; WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholders to understand project goals.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design web and mobile interfaces with focus on usability and consistency.
Conduct user research and apply feedback to improve product experiences.
Contribute to design standards, style guides, and scalable design systems.
