Job summary

We Are Rosie in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience strategy for CommercePoint products used by Team Members to take and fulfill orders in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will design consumer-like, efficient interfaces across Restaurant Display Screens, Point of Sale, Control Point, and CMT Catering tools, working on-site with the team on Tuesdays and during restaurant visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience with hands-on execution ability.
• Consumer-facing application design experience highly valued.
• Enterprise or operational software design experience preferred but not required.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and user experience thinking.
• Genuine enthusiasm for user research and talking directly with end users, especially young team members in restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient, functional, and beautiful experiences for CommercePoint products.
• Be flexible and work across multiple product lanes as needed by program priorities.
• Work strategically and tactically, evaluating tradeoffs and exploring multiple concepts.
• Engage with Team Members and Operators in restaurant settings to understand workflows and pain points.
• Work in Figma, using components and a design system to create wireframes, interactions, and prototypes.
• Write clear, user-friendly UI copy and collaborate with engineering teams.
