Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Full-Time UI/UX Designer in Peachtree Corners, GA to join its product team. You will design intuitive digital experiences across customer-facing web applications, create wireframes and prototypes, and help shape the overall user experience of the platform.

You'll work with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into polished, user-friendly solutions, maintain visual consistency, and advocate for accessible designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web app design and interactive prototypes.
• Expert proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs for new features.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and improve user experiences.
• Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency across products via design standards and component libraries.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate.
• Continuously improve usability and accessibility.
