Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer to join its product team. You will design intuitive digital experiences across customer-facing web applications, create wireframes and prototypes, and shape the overall user experience of the platform.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, translate business needs into user-centered designs, and ensure visual consistency across products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showing web applications, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Expert proficiency with Figma
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and modern design trends
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences
• Ability to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
• Strong visual design with typography, spacing, layout, and consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new features
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and improve user experiences
• Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows
• Maintain visual consistency across products through design standards and component libraries
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience
