Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and behavior of Service Central, a unified HR support platform used across a global workforce. You will own end-to-end design for complex products and craft patterns for scalable, human-centered experiences across web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate insights into intuitive interfaces, balancing clarity, trust, and efficiency while shipping high-quality designs at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Service Central across web and mobile.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs for engineers.
• Design intelligent, human-centered interactions that keep people informed and in control.
