Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience for digital products.
• Recent experience designing B2B, enterprise, or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX design process and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams.
• Simplify complex workflows to improve usability and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
• Evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Incorporate user research, analytics, and feedback into design decisions.
• Advocate for accessibility and customer-centered design practices.
• Communicate design rationale and influence decisions across stakeholders.
• Explore AI-enabled experiences to enhance product value.
