Qualifications

7+ years of UX/Product Design experience across web and mobile.
Led 10+ design initiatives from research through delivery.
Conduced 50+ customer interviews and usability studies.
Developed and maintained design systems with 100+ components.
Applied WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards across products.
Bachelor’s in Industrial Design; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead UX initiatives from discovery through detailed design.
Engage with customers via interviews and usability testing.
Synthesize insights into clear opportunities and design solutions.
Explore AI-powered interactions, chat experiences, and data visuals.
