Job summary

Honeywell Forge & AI is seeking a Senior Advanced UX Designer to shape physical AI experiences connecting people, AI, data, and the physical world.

You will design experiences to help customers understand complex information, interact with AI agents, and operate buildings and industrial environments more efficiently. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering and is based in Atlanta, GA on aHybrid schedule, with 90 days onsite initially.

Qualifications

7+ years of UX/Product Design experience across web and mobile.
Led 10+ design initiatives from research through delivery, meeting milestones.
Conducted 50+ user interviews/usability studies, translating insights into design.
Designed and maintained a 100+ component design system and patterns.
Created 200+ wireframes and high-fidelity designs with Figma.
Applied WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards across products.
Presented design strategies to executives and aligned with stakeholders.
Bachelor's in Industrial Design; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead UX initiatives from discovery through detailed design.
Engage with customers at sites, conduct interviews and usability testing.
Synthesize research data and business insights into opportunities and designs.
Explore AI-powered interactions, conversational interfaces, data visualizations.
Develop reusable components for consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI and business stakeholders.
Present design rationale to technical and business teams.
