Job summary

Qualifications
- 12+ years of UX design experience in regulated financial services.
- Proficient in Figma for design systems, components, auto-layouts and prototypes.
- Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud UX.
- Experience with AI design utilities like Claude tools.
- Experience with usability studies and UserTesting.com.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and React component libraries.
- Strong communication and ability to defend design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end UX strategies for high-visibility financial apps.
- Govern design system architectures, versioning and cross-product adoption.
- Design and prototype workflows within Salesforce cloud platforms.
- Utilize AI modeling to generate UI variations and validate interactions.
- Incorporate regulatory, audit trails and accessibility into designs.
- Plan and synthesize user tests to translate feedback into interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure feasibility.
