Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated user experience design experience within complex digital ecosystems or financial platforms.
- Specialized expertise with design systems, modern prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch), and industry-standard UX methodologies.
- Proven track record of iterative design and consultative alignment to drive quantifiable improvements in user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions and iterative prototyping to deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions across complex financial platforms.
- Drive strategic design reviews and cross-functional alignment to establish scalable UX frameworks that balance functionality with simplicity.
- Execute high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and comprehensive design documentation to accelerate product development cycles.
- Partner with UX research and engineering teams to validate design choices, optimize design systems, and maximize business impact.
