Job summary

firstPRO US is seeking a Senior UX Designer with deep roots in regulated industries and a strong financial services background. This is a 6+ month contract and hybrid in Boston, MA. Local candidates only.

You will lead UX strategy across complex financial products, collaborate with product and engineering, and design within Salesforce ecosystems using Figma from wireframes to design systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of UX design experience with increasing ownership and complexity.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or similarly regulated domains.
• Hands-on design experience within or alongside Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or similar).

• Work fluidly in Figma – from early wireframes through high-fidelity specs and design systems
• Design and prototype within Salesforce ecosystems
• Partner closely with engineering and product to ensure designs are technically grounded and feasible

Experience

• 12+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates progression in complexity and ownership
• Demonstrated experience in financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or a similarly regulated domain
• Hands‑on experience designing within or alongside Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or similar)

Technical Fluency

• Expert‑level Figma skills - components, auto‑layout, variables, prototyping, and dev handoff
• Experience using Claude Code and Claude Design
• Able to read and interpret code (HTML/CSS at minimum); experience collaborating on design systems implemented in React or similar frameworks is a plus
