Job summary

Curinos is seeking a Senior Designer (UX) to join our growing UX chapter within the Product & Technology organization. This role leads design efforts across cross-functional product teams, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to create data-driven, user-centered experiences.

Reporting to the Director of User Experience, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will advocate for user needs, conduct research, and own end-to-end UX design for key product areas,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with complex, data-heavy or B2B/SaaS products preferred.
• Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for user needs by leveraging research, data, and feedback.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Iterate on designs based on insights, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Own and deliver high-quality product design.
• Lead end-to-end UX design for key product areas – from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, effective user experiences.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Collaborate within empowered product teams.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction and priorities.
• Contribute to product discovery, helping define problems and validate solutions early.
• Ensure design feasibility and support high-quality implementation.
• Influence product strategy.
• Bring strong UX perspective into roadmap discussions and product decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and overall experience quality.
• Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to design systems and standards.
• Apply and evolve design systems, patterns, and UX best practices.
• Promote consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
• Help define and improve design workflows and team practices.
• Mentor and elevate design craft.
• Provide guidance and feedback to other designers.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and design thinking approaches.
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative UX culture
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Bring new ideas and approaches to improve products and processes
