Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, experience, and/or service design.
• Strong portfolio showing UX leadership and concept development, including sketching, storyboarding, journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Illustrate ideas and communicate findings in presentations and client meetings.
• Design and develop UX/UI solutions for a wide range of products and platforms.
• Conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing to uncover core problems.
• Define user flows and information architecture across touchpoints.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, including crafting and validating design decisions.
• Ensure cohesive, intentional experiences grounded in user needs.
