Job summary

Honeywell Forge & AI in Atlanta seeks a Lead Project Engineer - Technical Program Management to drive execution of AI, software and physical systems across global teams. You will work with engineering, product, UX and business leaders to translate priorities into executable plans and deliver complex programs successfully.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Engineering and operate on a Hybrid schedule from Atlanta, with initial 90 days onsite required.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
Proven track record delivering $10M+ large-scale programs on time and within budget.
Experience leading execution across 10+ Agile/Scrum teams across time zones and vendors.
Strong communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple AI, software and engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
Drive execution across a large, global engineering organization, including 10+ Agile/Scrum teams.
Define program scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with business, product and engineering stakeholders.
Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, cross-team dependencies and resource constraints.
Lead and coordinate global vendors and external engineering partners, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, quality and commitments.
Partner across Engineering, AI, Product Management, UX and business teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution.
Develop clear program dashboards, reports and leadership updates, providing visibility into progress, risks, financials and decisions required.
Drive resource and capacity planning, budget management and forecasting across programs.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
Adapt to changing priorities and bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
