Job summary
Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer within the Transformation Office to shape intuitive AI experiences for enterprise systems, including generative AI and conversational interfaces. You will partner with AI architects, product owners, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field.
- Master's degree in AI Interaction Design, Design Strategy, or related discipline preferred.
- 7+ years in user experience design, product design, or digital experience strategy, with AI-enabled products or enterprise platforms experience preferred.
- Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, copilots, or AI-assisted workflows is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products, tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Designs experiences for Generative AI platforms, conversational AI tools, agentic AI systems, copilots, chat interfaces, and workflow automation.
- Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.
- Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows across systems.
