IDR is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join one of our top healthcare clients in Denver, CO. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the UX Designer :
- Use empathy and critical and analytical thinking to understand and frame problems.
- Work comfortably with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, and communicate ideas effectively in both business and design language.
- Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members through guidance and coaching.
- Display diplomatic conflict resolution and consensus-building skills, eliciting feedback to act as a change agent for the team.
- Plan and lead complex projects within UX and across functional teams.
- Assist in developing and executing the overall strategy at the departmental level, aligning with the company's long-term vision.
- Facilitate dialogue with Product Managers and Technical Architects to define problems and uncover assumptions.
- Advocate for user needs and translate business objectives into project requirements.
- Partner with Research teams to conduct user discovery, concept validation, and usability evaluations.
- Translate research findings into technical designs that are meaningful for users and align with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate ideation and strategy sessions with cross-functional groups.
- Develop user scenarios, workflows, interaction models, and wireframes.
- Anticipate issues at macro and micro levels concurrently.
- Work with scrum teams to ensure the user experience is maintained throughout development.
Required Skills for the UX Designer :
- 8+ years experience
- Expertise in Figma, utilizing component libraries and best practices for scalable and easily modifiable design files.
- Proficiency in iOS native design principles.
- Understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design and user experiences.
- Ability to support future UX visioning while supporting agile SDLC processes.
- Lead and mentor UX team members to refine interactions and develop UX standards.
