The anticipated salary range for this role is between $103,000 and $158,000. The specific salary offered will depend on individual qualifications, experience, and current market conditions. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive. SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive benefits portfolio in addition to cash compensation.

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to translate business requirements into user experience solutions. As part of our digital bank team, you will work closely with the Creative Lead and other UX Designers to develop projects that achieve our goal of creating a next-generation banking experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with product owners to develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes based on requirements
• Work with the Creative Lead and UX Designers to build design assets and maintain the design system
• Serve as a liaison between creative and technical teams
• Stay updated on digital technologies and design innovations
• Apply best practices and user experience principles

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Degree in experience design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience creating rapid prototypes and wireframes
• Experience with Design Thinking and Continuous Discovery methodologies
• Proficiency in building scalable components using Figma; experience designing for web and native mobile platforms
• Knowledge of responsive web design
• Ability to use research and analytics to inform design decisions
• Expertise in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using JIRA
