Job summary

GEP Worldwide in Clark, NJ is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end experiences for major parts of the GEP Quantum Intelligence platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists and procurement experts to raise design quality and craft across the team.

You will shape AI-driven interactions, prototype rapidly with Figma and AI tools, conduct user research, and contribute to a low-code studio that empowers customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of UX or product design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped enterprise B2B software (SaaS preferred)
  • A portfolio that shows your process clearly: the problem, your research, how you made trade-offs, and the measurable result
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture and visual design skills, including designing for complex, multi-step workflows and large data sets
  • Expert-level fluency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, advanced prototyping and scalable libraries
  • Hands‑on experience with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys and journey mapping
  • Experience building or contributing to a design system
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design for web applications
  • Comfort working closely with engineers in an agile environment, and a good grasp of what's technically feasible in modern web frameworks
  • A natural storyteller who loves presenting ideas, with the confidence to bring executives, engineers and clients along with a clear narrative
  • Deep, genuine passion for how AI is changing the user experience: you follow the space closely, experiment with AI tools in your own work, and have a point of view you can defend
  • An innovator's mindset, with a track record of bringing fresh ideas to a team and turning them into something real
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the experience end to end: Lead design from discovery through launch for complex enterprise workflows across source-to-pay and supply chain, from early concepts to polished, shippable UI.
  • Make complex data easy to act on: Design dashboards, control towers, spend analytics, and data-dense tables and filters that help users spot issues and make decisions quickly.
  • Lead how we design for AI: Partner with product and data science to shape conversational and assistive features, recommendations, and agent-driven automation. Explore new interaction patterns, stay on top of how AI is reshaping UX practice itself, and make sure users understand what the AI did, can trust it, and can step in when needed.
  • Bring new ideas and prototype them fast: Use Figma and AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into interactive prototypes quickly, and bring fresh concepts to the team before anyone asks.
  • Do the research: Plan and run interviews, usability tests and workflow observation with buyers, suppliers, planners and other enterprise users. Use what you learn, along with product usage data, to drive decisions.
  • Design for the low-code studio: Help shape the GEP QUANTUM tools that let customers and partners configure and build their own apps, where the user is often a builder rather than an end user.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering: Write clear specs, give thoughtful design reviews, and stay involved through build so what ships matches what we designed.
  • Tell the story behind the work: Present your ideas and rationale with energy and a clear narrative to product leaders, senior executives and client-facing teams, and take feedback well.
  • Raise the bar: Mentor other designers, share best practices, and push for accessibility (WCAG) and consistency across the product.
  • Work across time zones: Collaborate with teammates in the US, India and Europe.

Job description

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience for major parts of the GEP Quantum Intelligence platform. We're looking for an innovator with deep Figma expertise: someone who gets genuinely excited about presenting their ideas and telling the story behind them, and who is deeply passionate about how AI is changing the user experience.

You’ll work day to day with product managers, engineers, data scientists and procurement subject-matter experts, and you’ll be a go-to voice on design quality and craft across the team.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in our GEP Clark NJ Headquarters.

What You'll Do
  • Own the experience end to end: Lead design from discovery through launch for complex enterprise workflows across source-to-pay and supply chain, from early concepts to polished, shippable UI.
What You Bring

  • Experience designing for low‑code or no‑code platforms, configuration tools or admin experiences
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem products such as Azure, SharePoint and Office, and with how enterprise software integrates with ERPs like SAP and Oracle
  • Comfort with HTML, CSS or front‑end basics, and with AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools
  • Experience mentoring other designers or leading design critiques
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
