Aquent is collaborating with a leading organization to empower millions to manage their financial lives through user-centric digital experiences. We seek a Content Strategist to join a multidisciplinary UX team, shaping mobile, web, and desktop solutions grounded in empathy and planning.

You will apply content strategy, collaborate with designers and product partners, and produce high-quality UX content while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of content design experience focused on digital products or equivalent.
• Online portfolio showcasing your process and design thinking.
• Experience with user research, developing user flows, wireframes, writing for accessibility, and content specifications.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative, Agile environment.
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work directly with partners and manage project schedules.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and Writer.

Responsibilities

• Apply content strategy principles, including planning, creation, and governance, to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and product partners to align content with design and strategy.
• Produce high-quality UX content and rapidly integrate feedback to meet business needs.
• Align content with business requirements and user needs to support strategic objectives.
• Inform decisions through data, research, and careful planning.
• Write content according to UX writing standards and edit existing content to meet them.
• Lead content reviews and articulate rationale to stakeholders.
• Oversee content direction and participate in peer reviews.
• Develop solutions within a cross-functional Agile team across channels.
• Identify gaps in UX writing standards and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards for channels, content, and our design system.
• Lead projects across UX disciplines and estimate timelines with the team.
