Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant field.
• At least 6 years in conversation design for product or UX.
• At least 5 years in user-focused product writing and content design.
• Experience shaping content and tuning models with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Portfolio or work links must be provided in resume.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvements to AI responses and drive solutions, including system instruction updates and evaluations.
• Define content and principles that guide and shape AI response strategies and experiences.
• Help scale framework resources to appropriate target audiences, manage your work, set direction, and communicate priorities in‑line with organizational goals.
• Influence UX and cross‑functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user‑focused content experiences.
• Advocate for Product Excellence for all users, such as localization and accessibility.
