Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, UX, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX design.
• 5 years of user-focused product writing and content design.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvements to AI responses and drive solutions, including system instruction updates and evaluations.
• Define content and principles that guide and shape AI response strategies and experiences.
• Help scale framework resources to target audiences, manage your work, set direction, and communicate priorities in-line with organizational goals.
• Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
• Advocate for Product Excellence for all users, including localization and accessibility.
