Jacobs is seeking a Manager - Utility Transmission Planning to lead a team of transmission planning and studies engineers. You will collaborate with clients and Jacobs PMs, shaping grid solutions for major loads and data centers across North America.

The role supports business development through proposals and bidding while maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires an advanced degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering, 10+ years in transmission planning, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with transmission planning and power system studies.
• Strong knowledge of North American standards (NERC, FERC, ISO interconnection).
• Lead and mentor a team with interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within North America.
