• 5+ years of experience in utility/regulatory matters.
• Ability to balance legal issues with business goals and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prosecute and manage regulatory cases before state commissions.
• Provide proactive, business-savvy legal advice and counsel.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and filings.
• Manage outside counsel on select matters and coordinate with clients.
• Train clients on legal issues and communicate status to senior management.
