T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to support infrastructure projects in the United States. We deliver subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, and surveying services with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Founded in 1993, T2ue aims to provide quality information and deliverables that streamline construction and improve project safety.

Qualifications

Requires PE/ surveying license or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of ten years of related/relevant experience in utility design/construction.
Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between designers, utility agencies, and clients; participate in client meetings and support relationship management.
Manage boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, staking, ALTA, utility surveys, and final mapping deliverables.
Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget according to standards.
Provide QA/QC oversight for high-quality deliverables.
Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and estimates; support contract performance.
Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review invoices; assist with change orders.
