Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full Time Men's Utility Sr Area Coordinator at Hershey's Chocolate World. The role offers a rotating 40-hour schedule with daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pays $17.00 per hour or more based on experience.

You will oversee daily operations of the Utilities Department, train staff, coordinate breaks, ensure safety and high standards of guest service, and support leadership with operational decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with basic safety and guest service standards is a plus.
• Aptitude for teamwork and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Hershey behaviors through motivation, inspiration, education, and communication.
• Conduct training for employees in a specific location on proper processes and service standards.
• Coordinate ongoing training, productivity, and break schedules for respective areas.
• Make operational decisions to efficiently run a specific location.
• Assist with detailed cleaning and annual cleaning projects.
• Ensure utility employees follow Utility policies for safety and cleanliness.
• Take department attendance at evacuation meeting points.
• Maintain utility supplies at acceptable inventory levels.
• Respond to first responder calls and report to Health Services.
• Assist with Utility Department daily operations.
• Record attendance issues.
