Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Utility Grounds Attendant for Hershey's Chocolate World. You will maintain exterior appearance, perform sweeping, trash removal, snow removal, cleaning windows, and general grounds duties with a focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours.
• Custodial or facilities experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate guest-focused service and greet guests.
• Perform grounds duties: sweeping, trash removal, snow removal, windows cleaning, leaf blowing, pressure washing.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public walkways, grounds and parking areas.
• Observe and report sanitation or safety issues to supervisor.
• Operate company vehicle as needed and follow all safety procedures.
