The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Utility Grounds Attendant at Hershey's Chocolate World. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on exterior sanitation, grounds maintenance, and guest-friendly service.

Responsibilities include sweeping, trash removal, snow removal, window cleaning, leaf blowing, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Starting at $16.00 per hour with shifts including early mornings, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain a neat appearance and meet uniform standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; problem-solving skills.
• General retail knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to push/pull/carry 25–50 lbs.; push/pull 100–200 lbs.
• There is constant repetitive motion of the hands/fingers/wrists.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow coworkers and function as part of a team.
• Working outdoors in all types of weather including extreme heat, rain, wind, snow, etc. is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a genuine thank you to every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public walkways, grounds and parking lots.
• Observe and report sanitation problems and concerns both inside and outside the building.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitizing procedures are followed.
