Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead crews on utility construction projects. You will supervise safety, productivity, equipment operation, and field reporting while mentoring team members and coordinating with subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, travel as needed, and a strong commitment to quality. CDL preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Two years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
Experience operating equipment like backhoe/loader, excavator and cable plow.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
Ability to motivate and lead teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Lead crews to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and manage personnel.
Schedule daily work and review timecards and reports.
Operate and train on construction equipment as needed.
Represent PUSH, Inc. professionally with customers and subcontractors.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive them.
