Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead crew operations and operate essential equipment for utility installation projects. The role involves supervising safety, productivity, and quality across tasks, while coordinating with management and subcontractors on progress and staffing.

The Foreman will train and mentor team members, handle field paperwork, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring outdoor work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet safety, quality and productivity targets for assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor crews; ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career growth.
• Maintain daily schedules and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Review timecards and production reports; coordinate with Fleet Manager.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures.
