Job summary

The Foreman will travel 100% and coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and customers while ensuring on-time completion and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to complete projects on time while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career advancement.
• Schedule daily activities and monitor project performance to address issues.
