Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking an experienced Utility Coordination Project Manager for our Austin, Texas office. This full-time role focuses on coordinating utility efforts, managing budgets, and delivering complex projects with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead project teams, oversee SOWs and LOEs, and coordinate with utilities, municipalities, and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AEC professional experience (engineer, surveyor, ROW, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, lifecycle, standards, and QA/QC processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, time, risk, quality and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks and budgets within defined scope and timeline.
• Prepare SOW, LOE, and project schedules; identify out-of-scope work and prepare approvals.
• Collect invoices from clients and manage contracts and subcontract review processes.
