Job summary

Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO is seeking a Maintenance & Construction Senior Craftsman in Utilities for a year-round, on-site role. You will inspect, maintain, install and repair equipment and mechanical systems across the park, following safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work orders, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining logs and records, and supporting the maintenance team with various trades such as electrical, HVAC, and

Qualifications

• Must have general/intermediate knowledge of industry standards, methods, practices in Electrical, HVAC and/or Plumbing.
• High school diploma or GED required; driver’s license required or obtainable.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend instructions and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and executes them safely and according to code.
• Studies blueprints and schematics to determine methods, materials and equipment needed.
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance on building systems.
• Maintains logs and records of plant operating data and reports as directed.
• Install, repair and maintain mechanical equipment; work across Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing trades.
