Job summary

The City of Branson is seeking a skilled maintenance worker to ensure the safety and functionality of the Police/Fire Building. This role includes a variety of trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and be able to work various shifts as needed. Benefits include medical coverage, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical work.
• Possession or ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 12 months.
• Must pass background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC and plumbing.
• Maintain outdoor spaces through landscaping and snow removal.
