Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist II (Seasonal) to support operations at Silver Falls. You will perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, conduct inspections, and respond to emergencies to ensure safety and reliability.

A strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate issues to management are essential. The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic high school education, and flexibility to work at the park location

Qualifications

Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as assigned.
Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
Respond to emergencies and secure facilities; monitor security systems as needed.
Assist with event setup and inventory of supplies for maintenance needs.
Maintain a safe facility environment and interact professionally with guests and vendors.
