Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Commercial Utilities - Energy/Renewables Group. You will lead strategy from pursuit through delivery, manage budgets and teams, and mentor staff on high‑impact infrastructure projects across the region.

Travel to client locations and offices is expected. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical quality, and expand client relationships to grow a thriving practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and client relationships for utility, energy, and renewables programs.
• Shape business development efforts, including proposals and client pursuits.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants from planning through construction.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct engineering/design quality reviews.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Collaborate with teams across Dewberry offices.
