Job summary

Milrose Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Utilities Senior Project Manager to lead utility service initiation, coordination, and execution for complex projects. You will collaborate with utility providers, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient utility installations and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, along with experience across electric, gas, water, sewer, and telecom providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of comparable experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience reading engineered drawings and navigating municipal portals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects with daily updates.
• Coordinate with electric, gas, water, sewer and telecom providers for service delivery.
• Review site utility plans and coordinate permit and approvals.
• Prepare utility applications, load letters, and service orders with stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, manage schedules, and escalate issues to avoid delays.
• Attend project meetings and provide coordination expertise throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed project records and provide regular status updates to clients.
