Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking a Project Leader to serve as the single point of accountability for medium-size transmission and distribution projects. You will plan and manage from development through closeout, integrate information from diverse sources, and lead teams of subject-matter experts to deliver on project plans.

Guidance from Senior Project Managers is available for complex projects. This role requires strong risk identification, mitigation planning, and professional representation of PPL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math, science or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, construction management, project controls, budgeting or team leadership.
• Budget, cost control, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and quality attainment for assigned projects.
• Reporting project status, forecasting cash flows and final project cost.
• Develop and manage project teams and represent PPL Utilities professionally.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects from development through closeout.
• Manage change through all phases and control expenditures.
• Communicate with stakeholders via reports and meetings; document obstacles and delays.
• Participate in contracting decisions and assist in contract closeout.
• Manage all financial aspects including budgets, payments, and approvals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.
