Lilly is hiring a Utilities Senior Operator for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. The role requires independent management of utility systems, a strong mechanical aptitude, and adherence to GMP and safety practices. The position involves 12-hour shifts with access to overtime and calls for early career professionals with relevant experience.

Initial location is Carmel, IN, with permanent relocation to Lebanon. Training may occur at sister plant LP2.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities, industrial, or mechanical operations; GMP pharma experience preferred.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to respond to call-in and overtime; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and wear respirators.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Independently operate, monitor, and maintain all assigned utility systems with minimal oversight.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across utility operations areas and address cleanliness issues proactively.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate findings to supervision.
• Support training and development of Operators by sharing knowledge and procedures.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas and escalate safety concerns as needed.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and EH&S protocols and maintain logs per Good Documentation Practices.
