Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana seeks a Utilities Senior Operator. This role operates and maintains diverse utility systems, ensures GMP compliance, and upholds high safety and housekeeping standards on a 12-hour shift.

Initial placement is Carmel, with permanent assignment at the Lebanon site and potential short-term retraining at LP2 in Lebanon, IN. Responsibilities include proactive housekeeping, troubleshooting, training of Operators, and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain utility systems with minimal supervision.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and address cleanliness proactively.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment/process issues and report findings.
• Support training and development of Operators and reinforce safe practices.
• Suggest improvements and elevate safety concerns to leads.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, monitor, and maintain all utility systems.
• Proactively maintain housekeeping standards across utility operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, communicating findings to supervision.
• Support training of Operators and share knowledge on procedures and safety.
• Recommend continuous improvement ideas and elevate safety concerns to leads.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and EH&S protocols, and keep logs.
