Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience maintaining industrial utility or mechanical systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chillers and related equipment.
- Ability to read maintenance procedures and technical drawings.
- Safety-focused with ability to work safely in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on utility systems and associated equipment.
- Inspect and repair HVAC, boilers, chillers, and related distribution systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot control instrumentation and systems.
- Maintain accurate GMP, safety, and environmental documentation and work orders.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on on-site maintenance activities.
