Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Facility Engineer to lead GMP-regulated facility utilities and infrastructure. You will oversee chillers, boilers, BAS, compressed air, and HVAC systems, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor maintenance teams, drive reliability improvements, and collaborate with operations, QA, and clients to support manufacturing objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in GMP-regulated facilities and utilities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for facility utilities and critical infrastructure.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems.
• Lead investigations, deviations, and root cause analyses for utilities.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians and utility operators.
• Coordinate with operations, QA, engineering, and clients.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
