Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in theater or event supervision is preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are desirable.
• Part-time, non-benefited, at-will position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and supervise volunteer ushers.
• Assist with patron flow, seating, ticketing, and addressing complaints.
• Coordinate house opening with backstage management and communicate policies to Front of House.
• Create and coordinate trainings for staff and volunteers; manage schedules.
• Report safety incidents and maintain records.
