Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC is seeking a Lead Usher to supervise Ushers, Ticket Takers, and Guest Services on event days. You will ensure guest safety, deliver exceptional service, and uphold venue standards while coordinating with the Event Manager and Box Office for seating and accessibility needs.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership and in-person customer service experience, the ability to brief teams, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Ushers, Ticket Takers, and Guest Services staff.
• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Train team members on event details and safety procedures.
• Coordinate meal and rest breaks for staff.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety rules.
• Oversee performance and assignments of Guest Services.
• Assist with ADA seating coordination and ticketing logistics.
• Support event security and manage post-event notes.
