Job summary

Diné Development Corporation in Fort Meade, SD, is seeking a User Support Engineer to join the DES DODNet MES-NET program. This senior role focuses on integrating systems, network services, cybersecurity controls, monitoring, and endpoint technologies within the DODNet enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, IAT Level II, 5+ years in systems engineering, 7+ years configuring end-user devices, and hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, InTune, VMware, Azure Virtual

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or DoD 8570 baseline).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years systems engineering design and operations experience.
• 7+ years configuring, securing, and troubleshooting end-user devices.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, InTune, VMware, and Azure VDI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic implementation plans and designs.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to leverage emerging technology for mission assurance.
• Provide input to project schedules and risk mitigation.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, schedules, and related artifacts.
• Support desktop deployment activities including SCCM/MECM and MECM/Microsoft endpoints.
