Job summary

Din Development Corporation in Fort Meade is seeking a User Support Engineer to support technical planning, engineering integration, and migration for the DES DODNet MES-NET program. You will join a senior technical team to integrate systems, networks, cybersecurity controls, and endpoint technologies within the DODNet environment.

Key responsibilities include system integration activities, risk analysis, and collaboration with vendors, R&D, and network teams.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or DoD 8570 baseline) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5+ years systems engineering design/operations experience.
• 7+ years experience configuring, securing, troubleshooting end-user computing devices.
• Experience in design/transition for SCCM, MECM, Intune, VMware, Azure VDI, Apple products, and related desktop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration, evaluation, site surveys, verification/validation, cost/risk, and supportability analysis for total systems and architectures.
• Perform advanced research to support strategic implementation plans, document risks and lessons learned, provide updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to leverage emerging tech for mission assurance.
• Conduct engineering analysis to resolve issues using engineering theories and concepts.
• Assist in assessing and documenting systems security/compliance posture for accreditation.
• Contribute to project schedules, identify/mitigate risks, document lessons, and report to stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, schedules, and related documents.
• Assist desktop deployment activities including SCCM/MECM/Intune and related tooling.
• Other duties as assigned.
