What You'll Do:

• Lead and contribute to user-centered design and design-thinking initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Envision and design digital experiences across multiple business areas, using research, wireframes, whiteboarding, and usability studies to validate and refine concepts.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Application Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to apply UX standards and industry best practices.
• Develop and review functional and end-user requirements to ensure the final product delivers an intuitive, consistent, and engaging experience.
• Promote a culture of user advocacy, collaboration, inclusion, risk awareness, and continuous improvement while ensuring solutions align with organizational standards and regulatory expectations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of user interface, user experience, and interaction design.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in interacting with various multidisciplinary teams of professionals.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in UX/UX Design.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in React, Vue, Angular, and Zeplin.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Psychology or Computer Science or Design or Industrial Engineering or Human Factors or Human Computer Interaction.
• User Experience.
• Good proficiency in using pertinent illustration, photo-editing, word processing, and presentation software.
• Good project management skills and techniques.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent visualization skills.
• Prior experience that highlights a track record of innovative thinking, the value of good design, and experience working with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and leverage design as a means to bring clarity to abstract ideas.
• Proficiency in software design, development, and prototyping methods and tools.
• Proficiency in industry best practices for desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• Background/work experience in the financial industry.
• Expertise in creating use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, scenarios, and wireframes in the context of product development.
• Experience with accessibility standards, cross-platform issues, mobile user interfaces, and systems thinking.
