Senior User Experience Designer - Commercial Banking Platform

Overview

This is a remote position that can be hired in North Carolina, Arizona, and Illinois. This position is aligned with the Enterprise Digital Design organization at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. The role involves defining the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels, providing expert consultation, leading design and user testing, and collaborating closely with IT teams and product managers. The designer will be part of a team working on the SVB Go commercial banking platform, focusing on various aspects such as administration, security, reporting, and money movement for digital platform users.

Responsibilities

1. UX Design: Drive strategic monitoring and enhancement of the bank's digital user experience, ensuring products are efficient and user-friendly.
2. Business Support: Support digital products and initiatives, mentor less experienced designers.
3. User Testing: Conduct testing of new designs, develop analytic processes, and gather insights on user engagement and acceptance.
4. Collaboration: Work with project teams, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and coordinate digital deliverables with IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in User Design OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience. Preferred experience in the financial services industry, commercial banking platforms, and design research.

Additional Information
