Position: Senior UX Designer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with deep expertise in user research, systems thinking, and scalable design systems. This role will lead usability studies, accessibility evaluations, and design system development to improve the user experience across global digital platforms. You will play a critical role in enhancing engagement, usability, and personalization at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead usability testing, UX research, and accessibility audits
• Conduct competitive analysis and generate actionable design insights
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems using Figma and design tokens
• Collaborate across UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class digital solutions
• Champion human-centered design, inclusive practices, and accessibility compliance (WCAG)
• Analyze UX performance metrics (KPIs) to drive data-informed design improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in UX design, usability research, and digital product optimization
• Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Deep knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems
• Strong grasp of information architecture, content strategy, and human-centered design
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field
• NNG Certification or equivalent UX credential highly preferred
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or entertainment sectors is a strong plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing usability research, interface design, and scalable design systems
