Qualifications

• Proven automotive technician experience is required.
• Used Vehicle Reconditioning experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic concerns.
• Use advanced diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Complete necessary repairs and maintenance to bring vehicles to frontline-ready condition.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet reconditioning timelines and inventory goals.
