Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our growing team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning a variety of used vehicles.

We require a minimum of 5 years of automotive experience with knowledge across multiple brands; Toyota experience is a plus but not required. Benefit-rich package includes health, 401(k), paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Knowledge across multiple brands of vehicles.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with used vehicle inspections and reconditioning is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Toyota experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on used vehicles.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns across multiple makes and models.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify necessary repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Work closely with service advisors, management, and the used vehicle team.
• Follow proper repair procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
